Utilizing Troy Filters’ Ultra-Pleat Air Filter System to Improve Roof Top Filter Changing Process

Columbus College of Art & Design (CCAD) struggled to overcome storage issues and the logistics of getting large filter boxes up to the rooftop units. They also were conscious of the waste they were creating.

After we presented Troy Filters’ patented Ultra-Pleat product, it was clear to CCAD the innovative design and installation process would be a perfect solution.

By investing in the Ultra-Pleat system, CCAD has reduced storage by 75%, minimized the number of required trips to the roof due to the smaller boxes, and generated significantly less waste related to HVAC filter changes.
